A technician places the G1 and walks it through the home. Doorways, stairs, bathroom, bedside, kitchen — plus the private zones the family marks off-limits.

Care plan build
Your clinician turns the plan of care into robot routines: med windows, vitals cadence, hydration prompts, escalation thresholds, night checks.
- 04Week 1
Supervised first week
A clinician shadows every shift while Lovell AI learns the routine. Corrections are made live, and the family reviews the log each morning.
- 05Ongoing
Steady state
The robot runs the routine, the clinician monitors by exception, and the family gets a weekly summary. Plans adjust as recovery progresses.

- Does this replace a human caregiver?
- No. It replaces the hours nobody can staff — overnights, early mornings, the gap between visits — and it makes the human hours count for more.
- What happens if the internet drops?
- Core routines, fall detection and voice run on-device. The unit falls back to cellular for escalation and queues the care log until the link returns.
- Who is watching the video?
- Only the clinicians assigned to that patient, only when an event requires review, and every access is logged for the family to see.
- What if the patient refuses help?
- The robot never forces anything. Refusals are logged and escalated to the care team, who call the patient or family directly.
- Do we need to buy the robot?
